- Create an Action Plan: Break your goals into smaller steps. For example, update your resume, enhance your LinkedIn profile, network with industry professionals or people connectors – move one foot forward!
- Track and Adjust: Regularly review your progress. Celebrate small wins and be flexible enough to adjust your plan as needed.
